If your report doesn't arrive within 48 hours of your order, or you're not satisfied with it, email us within 14 days for a full refund. No forms, no arguments.
We confirm the exact scope with you before any work starts. If we can't agree the scope or can't do the work, you get a full refund. Once agreed work is completed and delivered, refunds are at our discretion for problems we caused.
